It is illegal for herbicides to be allowed to leave the intended area of application through drift or any other pathway. If you believe that drift has occurred at any application site, immediately contact the Washington State Department of Agriculture through their Bilingual Drift Complaint Line, Toll Free, at 844-388-2020 and select the appropriate option.
